Privacy policy
How we protect your personal data, and what we never store.
Short version: When you ask us for support you are anonymous. We store nothing that can identify you, and we never measure anything on our support pages.
Who is responsible for your data?
Ubis AID, reg. no. 802464-4109, is the data controller. Contact us at hej@exempel.se.
When you ask for support
- Chat: You don't need to give your name. Chat logs are deleted automatically after [X] days and are used only for supervision and quality work, without identifying details.
- Text and phone: Your number is visible to us during the conversation but is not stored.
- Email: Your address is kept only while we are in contact, and at most [X] months.
- Self-test: Everything happens in your browser. No answers are sent to us or anyone else.
When you sign up, book or donate
We process the details you give us (for example name, email, phone) to handle your sign-up, booking or gift. The legal basis is contract, consent or legal obligation (bookkeeping rules for gifts). We never sell your data.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
Cookies and statistics
We only use necessary storage in your browser, for example to remember your cookie choice.
If you allow it, we use Plausible for anonymous visitor statistics. Plausible uses no cookies and stores no personal data. We never measure anything on pages for young people seeking support, whatever you choose.
You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.

Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to processing. Contact us at hej@exempel.se. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
